If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from this Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to the provisions of conflicts of law.
Recurring Payments:
If You have signed up for a payment plan or a subscription, You hereby authorize Our continued access to your financial information stored by Our third-party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.
Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.
Refunds
Before Delivery: You may cancel your order and request a refund if the product has not yet been delivered.
After Delivery: Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.
If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@theagingsociety.com immediately so we can resend it.

Except with the prior written consent of The Aging Society, you may not:

Create derivative works, competing courses, consulting programs, coaching programs, certifications, educational products, or substantially similar materials based upon the Protected Materials;
Reverse engineer, deconstruct, extract, recreate, replicate, map, summarize, or otherwise attempt to reproduce the structure, organization, logic, methodology, frameworks, systems, or processes embodied in the Protected Materials;
Upload, input, submit, transmit, or expose Protected Materials to any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, generative AI platform, automated training system, or similar technology for purposes of training, fine-tuning, model improvement, knowledge extraction, content generation, replication, benchmarking, evaluation, or development of derivative systems;
Use any Protected Materials to develop, train, improve, or support any competing product, service, software, automation, AI system, chatbot, prompt library, educational offering, consulting practice, coaching program, or business methodology.
You acknowledge and agree that certain Protected Materials constitute confidential and proprietary information and may qualify as trade secrets under applicable law, including the Florida Uniform Trade Secrets Act. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such materials and to take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or use.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your use of general knowledge, skills, experience, or publicly available information that is independently acquired and not derived from the Protected Materials.
Any unauthorized use, disclosure, reproduction, distribution, AI-related use, or commercialization of the Protected Materials shall constitute a material violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, together with any other remedies available under applicable law. The Aging Society shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, equitable relief, damages, attorneys' fees, and costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These protections survive termination of access, completion of any program, cancellation of services, or cessation of use of the website.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
Digital Product Use and Consent
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree to them upon checkout. You affirm you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn a minor has accessed content inappropriately, we reserve the right to revoke access.
