AI Use Restrictions and Prohibited Training Activities

The Aging Society, LLC has invested substantial time, expertise, research, and resources in developing its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, systems, educational content, course materials, coaching programs, consulting processes, prompts, prompt libraries, workflows, assessments, templates, and related intellectual property ("Protected Materials").
To protect the integrity and value of these Protected Materials, you expressly agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, use any Protected Materials, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, optimize, validate, benchmark, improve, develop, support, or otherwise contribute to any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, generative AI platform, neural network, automated decision-making system, chatbot, virtual assistant, software application, or similar technology.
Without the prior written consent of The Aging Society, you may not:
Upload, input, submit, feed, transmit, or expose Protected Materials to any artificial intelligence or machine learning platform for training, analysis, replication, summarization, content generation, model improvement, or knowledge extraction;
Use Protected Materials to create, develop, train, improve, or support any AI-generated content, prompt library, chatbot, automation, software application, educational product, coaching program, consulting methodology, certification program, or competing business offering;
Use artificial intelligence tools to reverse engineer, reconstruct, map, replicate, summarize, extract, emulate, or reproduce the structure, organization, logic, sequence, methodologies, frameworks, systems, workflows, or proprietary processes contained within the Protected Materials;
Generate derivative works, substantially similar frameworks, competing products, competing services, or substitute educational materials based upon the Protected Materials;
Permit or assist any third party in engaging in any of the prohibited activities described in this section.
For avoidance of doubt, the restrictions contained in this section apply regardless of whether the Protected Materials are provided in written, audio, video, visual, digital, downloadable, live, recorded, or AI-generated form.
Any unauthorized AI-related use of the Protected Materials shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund. The Aging Society reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including the right to seek injunctive relief, equitable relief, monetary damages, attorneys' fees, and costs.
The obligations set forth in this section shall survive termination of access to the website, completion of any course or program, cancellation of services, and any other termination of the relationship between the parties.
